To approximate how many pounds of laundry you have, consider the average laundry basket is 8-12 pounds per load and most normal size trash bags hold 10-15  pounds of laundry. For a ballpark total cost of your order, simply multiply the per pound cost times the approximate total pounds of laundry you need processed. Example: 20 pounds times $1.50 = $30.00. Minimum cost of In Store Drop-Off is $25, Minimum for Pickup &  Delivery is $30.

Yes, we service residential and commercial accounts, including hotels, doctor offices, nail & hair salons, spas, restaurants, property management firms (Airbnb's) and any other industries that have laundry needs. Please keep in mind we do not offer stain removal, ironing, pressing, hair removal or dry cleaning. To get setup as a commercial account please email chris@simplelifelaundry.com or call 801-879-5609

If you are a Recurring Customer, simple click on the left corner drop-down menu, go to "Account" and select "Care Preferences". Click Here to access your account and adjust your preferences as needed. If you are a new customer, you can save your preferences when placing your first order and you will not have to select them ever again. Enjoy the Simple Life 😁

You will receive a confirmation Text once your order has been submitted. Our system will text you updates throughout the process, including a reminder the evening before the scheduled pickup date, confirmation of pick-up, update with total weight & cost once the order arrives at our facility and is processed, and a final update when your clothes have been delivered back to your home or business. You can opt out of these texts if you choose and you can always text us at 801-879-5609 or email us at chris@simplelifelaundry.com if you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns. Yes. There are no contracts and you can cancel a specific recurring order if you are out of town or just dont need the service that week. You can cancel an individual order by logging into your account Here. Our family wants to earn your business one order at a time for years to come! We understand life happens sometimes, and we are always here to help you enjoy The Simple Life 😁

For Wash-Dry-Fold orders, our standard is 24 hours from the time we pickup or you dropoff your laundry. When scheduling delivery, you can select to have your order delivered as soon as its ready and we will coordinate delivery thru our system. If you ever have an emergency and need your laundry sooner, simple tex Chris at 801-879-5609 and we will find a solution.

Where you feel comfortable leaving your laundry is totally up to you. Ideally it would be left on your front porch by the door, but sometimes there is bad weather and if you would prefer to hand it to the driver, simply leave a message when submitting your order to ring the doorbell or knock when we arrive. Please also indicate if you have any special instructions for how you would like the drop off to be handled. Our system is fully customizable so please leave as many details as needed. Simple Life Laundry is NOT responsible for stolen or damaged laundry outside of our care. We will take pictures of where we left your laundry, and can text you the picture if requested. 

Our signature service is our Recurring Simple Life Wash-Dry-Fold "Fluff & Fold" which is $1.75 per lb. Min cost per order is $30.

For a "One-Time" order it's $2.00 per lb. 

Our Customer In-Store Dropoff & Pickup service is $1.50 per lb, and we offer the option to have your order delivered once processed for $7.99. Min cost per order is $25.

Our Wash-Dry-Bag Fluff & Bag service is $.99 per pound. 

All Pickup & Delivery orders have a $30 (thirty) minimum, so if your laundry order is below $30 after being weighed, you will simply be charged $30 for that order. 

$25 minimum for In Store Drop-off Fluff & Fold (Wash-Dry-Bag $15 Min for In Store Dro-off).

Toddler and Kids Clothes (approx. ages 12 and younger ) require an additional charge of $.25 per pound as it takes a lot more time to prepare & fold.

When your laundry arrives at our facility, our attendants will weigh your dry laundry on our commercial scales, which sync directly to your order. Any comforters or bulk items are removed before weighing since they are charged a per-piece rate.

Before submitting your order, a debit or credit card is required during the sign up process. The card will NOT be charged until your laundry has weighed & the intake process is complete. Once your order intake is complete, your card will be charged &  you will receive an invoice via text with the total billed amount. You can edit or change you payment method by accessing your account Here. Navigate to the drop-down menu, select "Account" then "Payment" and you can adjust your billing information. If your payment is declined, you will recieve a text asking you to login to your account and update your billing information. Your order will NOT be Washed or Delivered until payment is complete.

Our process ensures that each order is kept separate and always labeled, but mistakes can happen. A sock could sneak out of the bag or hide inside the washer, and if anything occurs PLEASE notify us immediately to we can correct the mistake. We are not liable if we wash and dry according to your care preferences and an item is damaged or shrinks because it didn't belong in that load of laundry. We live by the principle of doing what is right, and let the consequences follow. We will always be fair and do the right thing, but we must insist that you report any issues immediately.
