How does the Simple Life "Fluff & Fold" Service Work?

Minimum order of $30 (thirty) required for each Pickup & Delivery Order. $25 Minimum charge per In Store Drop-off order.

Same Day Service is available at $2.50 / LB.

The Simple Life Service Standards: clothes are sorted by lights from darks & washed with high quality detergents, dried on medium heat, and nicely folded or hung on hangers. 

Care Preferences and Fully Customizable Add Ins: select from several Premium Detergents, Fabric Softeners, Temperature settings, Dryer Sheets, Laundry Sanitizer, Scent Boosters, Fold or Hang by clothing type, & even Hang Dry only. 

Expectations: We DO NOT look for stains, treat stains, or use any stain removal products or promise we can remove stains. Pet hair is not guaranteed to be removed during the washing or drying process. We do not offer ironing, pressing or alterations. We wash, dry & fold the items received so please inspect or pre-treat items before we receive.  

Toddler and Kids Clothes (approx. ages 12 and younger ) require an additional charge of $.25 per pound as it takes a lot more time to prepare & fold.

Orders that are Unsafe or Unsanitary will NOT be processed. We will not accept bed bugs, fleas, roaches, or biohazard materials. Laundry with feces, urine, blood, excessive pet hair, vomit or other bodily fluids will NOT be processed. These items will be returned "As-Is". 

Your Credit Card will NOT be charged until after your order has been weighed at our facility. You will receive a text when your order is weighed so you know the total weight & cost of your order.

3rd Party Delivery: Uber, Doordash, and Roadie are available Pickup and Delivery options for when you have On-demand timelines that fall outside of our route schedules. Text Chris at 801-879-5609 if you have an emergency order and we will find a solution.
